Every day that Traverse City housing projects and zoning reform are delayed – Traverse City’s housing shortage gets worse.

• The Planning Commission still hasn’t approved any of its 2022 zoning reform goals
• The City still hasn’t put any more of its housing-appropriate parcels in the pipeline
• Building height lawsuits continue to hold up ~200 new homes
