- Mair wants to repeal the upzoning changes that just happened.
- And here’s Shamroe’s anti-housing votes over the past two years:
• seconded a motion to water down ADU ordinance
• opposed to upzoning R2
• opposed to lot width change
• opposed to two principal dwelling change
• opposed to duplex change
• opposed to the workforce housing project across from the library (nine months after voting for it)
• opposed to workforce housing Lot O project when it didn’t include a tunnel for cars
Rough choice for mayor next Tuesday if you’re a YIMBY.
