The science is solid – we’re happier, healthier, and more creative when we’re off the couch, off the screen, and outside with friends.
I’m stoked that We Fight is teaming up with the City of Traverse City’s Human Rights Commission to host a series of summertime hikes for our young leaders – and future leaders.
The hikes will take place every Sunday in August from 7-8pm:
- August 7th at Hickory Hills
- August 14th at Brown Bridge Quiet Area
- August 21st at the Commons
- August 28th at Hickory Hills
Expect snacks, fun, and a one-hour walk in the woods with friends. Hikes and snacks are free, thanks to the support of the Human Rights Commission and a generous friend of We Fight, but registration is required.
At We Fight, we believe every young person has the ability to lead – Teen Leaders Outside in the Woods aims to empower them to make their community better.
See you this Sunday at Hickory?
