Marvelous Mondays is a pilot program that provides fun, easy, structured play at Traverse Heights Elementary during recess.
This program organizes games with Traverse Heights’ Roadrunner Club (community volunteers) to increase physical activity, encourage positive behaviors and improve well-being.

HOW IT WORKS
Every Monday, volunteers (background check required) will lead three games during recess after lunch.
Games are a mix of tag, ball games, and swings/slides developed by PlayWorks.
Recess is 11:20-12:40p (you can sign up for 11:20-12 and/or 12:00-12:40).
Who wants to play? It’ll be fun. And easy. Promise.
