On these days when it all feels like too much, I try to focus on my values and the things I can help change – like the health and well-being of my community. Like housing, abundant housing for my neighbors – and future neighbors.
It’s been so meaningful to dream up something together with my neighbors, for my neighbors, and let it rip.
No permission asking or board approval or strategic planning or surveys or needs assessments. We simply started and are all in for our neighbors. That gives me hope because neighbors helping neighbors is a beautiful thing. And we all could use more beautiful things right now.
I appreciate you all very, very much. Keep going. We need you.
